Multi-site network Ecommerce systems

This is typically achieved by building one administration panel with one database for all your products, customers and orders that hosts multiple websites on the front end.

This would be the best option for an organisation to have one central database of products, customers and orders served across multiple websites.

This kind of a build usually has an integration with a third-party Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software where the organisation would manage all their product information and sales between web orders and internal sales team while all the data would be synced in real time or a time schedule. All stock levels would usually be updated within the ERP software and synced back and forth between the Web App and the ERP Software.

Multi user role system

Another alternative of wholesale and retail systems would be to build one back end (administration panel) with one front end (front facing website) and manage products shown and prices based on user roles.

For an example, a user simply browsing the website would see products that are retail based with RRP prices. But if a user with the role of a wholesale account was to log in to the same system, they would then possibly be shown more products that retail users aren’t entitled to see along with the wholesale prices. You could also assign multiple amounts of account / role types for different pricing structures.

Cloud Based / Web Applications

We have built numerous web applications for our clients. From time sheet ticketing systems, to internal ordering platforms and even media scheduling applications.

We also do a fair bit of work with resource space management (media banks). Again, to list just a few:

  • Accounting systems
  • Internal ordering systems
  • Media / Resource space
  • Self-learning educational platforms
  • B2B ordering systems
  • Time sheet systems
  • Scheduling systems
  • And more..

The reality is, every job we’ve done, was completely custom and independent from the one before. Which means that our clients came to us with a brief, and we got the job done.

Most of our clients that required this kind of a solution for their business all had the same story. Spent a fortune of money and monstrous amount of time in to a bunch of third-party applications that were meant to be easily plugged in together to get the job done and it never worked properly. And on the odd occasion if the applications plugged in well, they just didn’t work for the client’s structure.

This is why we’ve made it one of our specialities to build completely custom applications for clients. This touches on this “one size fits all” problem that every agency seems to be trying to implement that doesn’t work. Every organisation has a different workflow and culture which means that to run an efficient operation, a system must be developed based on the internal operations of that particular organisation.
